Access & accounts
Who is the website intended for?
Stack Research is intended for people age 21 or older acting in a professional or organizational capacity for bona fide, lawful in-vitro laboratory or analytical research. It is not intended for personal, family, household, patient, consumer, human, or veterinary use.
Why do you verify my email?
The email code confirms control of the submitted address, creates or reconnects your passwordless member account, and completes the electronic-signature process for the current Research Access and Use Agreement. Email verification does not verify identity documents, professional licenses, institutional authority, end use, or legal permission.
I did not receive my code. What should I do?
Allow a minute for delivery, then check spam, promotions, and filtered mail. Confirm that the address is spelled correctly and request a new code after the resend timer ends. Only the newest unexpired code should be used. If delivery still fails, contact us at support@stack-research.com.
How long do I stay signed in?
A remembered member session may remain active for up to one year unless you log out, remove site cookies, change a security-sensitive account field, or the session is invalidated. Use the account menu to log out manually on a shared device.
Can I update my name, organization, or research category?
Yes. A signed-in member can update profile details from the Research Profile page. A change to the account email requires verification of the new address.
What does accepting the agreement do?
Selecting the required checkbox and successfully entering the code sent to your email creates an electronic signature to the displayed agreement version. The system preserves a versioned receipt that you can download from your account. Review the full Research Agreement & Waiver before accepting it.
Can I browse after logging out?
A previously verified browser may continue viewing eligible public catalog pages after logout, but account functions remain signed out. You can return through a new one-time email code or magic link.
Catalog & documents
How are purchases arranged?
When an approved catalog record is available, use “Contact to purchase” to submit a product-prefilled inquiry. The site currently has no checkout or online payment. An inquiry, proposed price, or correspondence is not an accepted order and does not obligate Stack Research to supply anything.
Why are prices not displayed?
Pricing, availability, configuration, and other commercial terms are provided only through eligible direct correspondence. Stack Research has not enabled website checkout or published commercial terms.
How do I request a COA or laboratory record?
Request documentation from the applicable product or contact page. A record is released only when it can be matched to the requested product, configuration, lot or supplier record. A document applies only to what it expressly identifies.
Does every catalog item have the same purity or testing status?
No blanket purity, testing, sterility, origin, or quality claim should be inferred. Any published statement is limited to the scope of the accepted supporting record for the identified material, sample, lot, method, laboratory, and date.
Can Stack Research provide dosing or administration guidance?
No. We do not provide dosing, reconstitution for human or animal use, administration, cycles, treatment protocols, diagnoses, prescriptions, or medical or veterinary advice.
May I purchase for personal research?
No. Access and inquiries are limited to qualified professional or organizational laboratory research. Products and catalog materials are not offered for self-experimentation, personal use, or use in or on humans or animals.
Policies & support
What are the current shipping options?
The website does not currently accept orders or arrange shipping. If Stack Research later accepts a transaction in writing, the applicable destination, carrier, charges, handling estimate, restrictions, and delivery terms will be confirmed before acceptance. See the Shipping Policy for the current boundary.
What is the current refund policy?
No payment or order is accepted through this website today, so there is presently no website purchase to refund. Any future accepted transaction is subject to the written transaction terms and the posted Refund Policy, including the process for reporting an incorrect, missing, or visibly damaged shipment.
What information should I avoid sending?
Do not send patient information, medical records, diagnosis or treatment information, government identification numbers, financial-account data, payment-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information through a website form or ordinary email.
How do I make a privacy or account request?
Email support@stack-research.com from the address connected to your account and describe the request. We may verify the request before providing, correcting, closing, or deleting records, and some records may be retained where law or legitimate evidentiary needs permit.
How do I contact Stack Research?
Use the contact page or email support@stack-research.com. Include the relevant product, configuration, organization, and document request when applicable, but do not include sensitive medical or financial information.
