No shipment is arranged through the current website. Operational terms must be confirmed before any future transaction is accepted.
1. Current inquiry-only status
This website does not currently accept orders, collect shipping addresses for checkout, quote shipping charges, or arrange delivery. A product inquiry does not reserve inventory or create a shipment.
2. Written confirmation required
If Stack Research later accepts a transaction, the destination, eligibility, product, quantity, carrier or service level, shipping charge, handling estimate, delivery restrictions, insurance or signature requirements, and fulfillment contact must be confirmed through the authorized written transaction process. Website copy does not override those accepted terms.
3. Service area
Unless Stack Research expressly agrees otherwise in writing after compliance review, potential transactions are limited to lawful destinations within the United States. Stack Research may refuse a state, territory, postal code, forwarding service, post-office box, facility, customer, end user, or destination based on product restrictions, carrier rules, supplier limits, sanctions, safety, fraud, or legal risk.
4. Handling and delivery estimates
Any handling or delivery time is an estimate unless the accepted transaction expressly states otherwise. Stack Research will publish or communicate a shipping time only when it has a reasonable operational basis. If an accepted prepaid transaction cannot ship within the represented time—or within the period required when no time was represented—Stack Research will provide the legally required delay option, cancellation, or refund for unshipped merchandise.
5. Address accuracy and delivery
The customer must provide a complete lawful delivery address, authorized recipient, and any facility-specific instructions before acceptance. Address changes are not guaranteed after processing begins. The customer is responsible for monitoring tracking, arranging prompt receipt, and notifying Stack Research of a carrier exception. A delivery scan is evidence of delivery but may be reviewed with other available records.
6. Delays, loss, and damage
Carrier estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity, security screening, government action, address problems, service interruption, and other events may cause delay. Report a missing, incorrect, or visibly damaged shipment promptly under the Refund Policy and preserve the packaging and labels. Stack Research may require completion of a carrier or insurance claim before a remedy is determined.
7. Storage and temperature
A shipping method does not establish suitability for a particular research use or replace product-specific storage and handling records. The customer is responsible for having trained personnel, suitable receiving conditions, and appropriate storage available upon delivery. No temperature-control, stability, sterility, or viability representation applies unless it is expressly supported and included in the accepted transaction terms.
8. Restrictions, inspection, and compliance
The customer is responsible for destination-specific possession, transportation, receiving, facility, and research requirements. Stack Research may hold, decline, or cancel a proposed shipment pending customer, product, end-use, destination, or documentation review. Neither shipment nor delivery is regulatory approval or permission for a prohibited use.
9. No public pickup or returns location
The listed Florida address is a mailing address only. It is not an approved public pickup, fulfillment, inventory, laboratory, or returns location. Do not send products there without written instructions.
10. Contact
Questions about a potential or accepted shipment should be sent to support@stack-research.com with the applicable inquiry or transaction reference.
