The current site accepts inquiries—not orders or payment. This policy also states the default framework for a future transaction accepted separately in writing.
1. Current inquiry-only status
Stack Research does not presently accept orders or payments through this website. Submitting an inquiry, receiving proposed pricing, or exchanging correspondence does not create a purchase. Accordingly, there is presently no website transaction to cancel, return, or refund.
2. Application to a separately accepted transaction
If Stack Research later accepts a transaction in writing, this Policy applies unless the accepted quote, invoice, order acknowledgment, or other transaction-specific terms expressly state otherwise. Research materials may be subject to integrity, safety, chain-of-custody, and resale restrictions. Except where applicable law or accepted written terms require otherwise, sales are final once Stack Research accepts and begins processing the transaction.
3. Cancellations
A cancellation request must be sent immediately. Stack Research may honor a request received before acceptance, payment processing, release to fulfillment, or another stated point of no return, but cannot guarantee cancellation. A transaction that Stack Research cannot fulfill will be cancelled and any amount collected for the unfulfilled portion will be refunded as required by applicable law.
4. No unauthorized returns
Do not mail or deliver any material to Stack Research without written return authorization and instructions. The Florida mailing address is not an approved returns or inventory facility. Unauthorized returns may be refused and cannot be presumed eligible for credit, replacement, or refund.
5. Incorrect, missing, or visibly damaged delivery
Inspect a shipment promptly. Unless a longer period is required by law or the accepted transaction terms, notify Stack Research in writing within 48 hours after the carrier records delivery if an item is missing, incorrect, or visibly damaged. Include the transaction reference, shipping label, outer and inner packaging, seals, product labels, all affected items, and clear photographs. Preserve the package and materials while the claim is reviewed.
6. Review and available remedies
Stack Research may request additional records and may coordinate with the supplier, fulfillment provider, carrier, insurer, or payment provider. If a timely claim is verified, the available remedy may be replacement, reshipment, credit, refund, or another remedy required by law or the accepted transaction terms. A remedy for one claim does not create a general right of return.
7. Matters generally outside the policy
Except where law or accepted written terms require otherwise, a remedy is not available for buyer’s remorse; an incorrect item, quantity, address, recipient, or research requirement supplied by the customer; refusal or failure to collect delivery; ordinary carrier delay; appearance consistent with the disclosed physical form; improper storage, handling, transfer, or use after delivery; or prohibited, human, veterinary, personal, or unlawful use.
8. Refund processing
An approved monetary refund will ordinarily be sent through the original payment method unless law or the payment provider requires another method. Bank and processor posting time is outside Stack Research’s control. Nothing in this Policy limits a remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
9. Disputes and contact
Contact Stack Research before initiating a payment dispute so the underlying issue can be reviewed. This request does not restrict a nonwaivable dispute right. Send a claim or question to support@stack-research.com. Do not include patient information, medical records, or payment-card numbers.
