The Stack standard

Research peptides and related laboratory products require controlled identity, storage, and chain of custody. We accept eligible unopened returns through a short, documented process. Opened products cannot be returned.

Verified checkout
A current member account and accepted research-use agreement are required before checkout can be completed.
Unopened returns require approval
Request authorization within 14 calendar days after delivery. The product must remain factory-sealed, unused, unaltered, and in its original product packaging.
Opened products are final sale
Once product packaging, a closure, a seal, or tamper evidence has been opened or compromised, the product cannot be returned.
Verified problems are reviewed
Timely, documented claims involving loss, transit damage, or a wrong or missing item may qualify for replacement, reshipment, credit, refund, or another required remedy.
Returned products are never resold
Every physical return is quarantined and never restocked, resold, or shipped to another customer.

Certificates, analytical reports, and product statements apply only to the product, configuration, lot or sample, method, laboratory, and date they expressly identify. Independent literature does not verify a Stack Research vial. No research-use legend or agreement makes an otherwise unlawful product, claim, customer, destination, or use lawful.
